What is Quick
KENO?
Quick KENO is a Game of chance
played with pre-defined winnings, which is played using a field of numbers
from 1 through to 80. To win all you have to do is to match your selected
numbers with the drawn numbers. The more numbers you match, the more you
win. Every 5 minutes, at pre-defined times, twenty winning numbers are
randomly drawn. You can play Quick KENO every day.
When can I play Quick KENO?
You can play Quick KENO every day. A Draw is held every 5 minutes.
How does one win in Quick KENO?
To win in Quick KENO you have to match your selected numbers with
the numbers drawn. The more numbers you match, the more you win. The winning
depends on the GAME TYPE played, the amount of numbers matched and the
STAKE. The Payout
Table shows the number of times your stake will be multiplied when you win with the Quick Keno game.
Where can I play Quick KENO?
Quick KENO can be played in any one of the MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited

What is the difference between a
coupon and a ticket?
A coupon is a printed form which is used by a player before purchasing
a Quick KENO ticket to indicate the selection of numbers and playing options.
The ticket is the receipt you will be given after presenting your coupon
at the Point of Sale and after paying the relative amount. The ticket
is the only legal receipt which can be used to claim a prize.
What is a “Column”?
A column is created by selecting your GAME TYPE and the corresponding
amount of numbers in the PLAYING AREA. Each combination of numbers you
create will form ONE column. Therefore, when playing a Simple Column,
you will form one column. When playing Systems, the number of columns
created depends on the GAME TYPE chosen and the amount of numbers marked
in the PLAYING AREA. The Systems
Table will show you the number of columns created in each
case.

What types of Games can
one play with Quick KENO?
With QuicK KENO you can choose to play GAME TYPE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, by selecting a GAME TYPE and the corresponding amount of numbers
in the PLAYING AREA. You may also Choose to Play HI & LOW.

What is the difference between a “Simple Column” and “Systems”?
A simple column of numbers is created by selecting your GAME
TYPE (GAME TYPE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) and the corresponding amount
of numbers. An alternative to the Simple
Column is Systems,
which is also known as a Combination Coupon and increases your chances
of winning. If you would like to play a System (Combinations), you have
to select a GAME TYPE from the GAME TYPE AREA and an amount of numbers
in the PLAYING AREA greater than the number marked in the GAME TYPE AREA.
You may also play Multiple
Systems, which allows you to mark two or more numbers in
the GAME TYPE AREA. In this case, you must select an amount of numbers
in the PLAYING AREA equal to the highest number marked in the GAME TYPE
AREA. You may select up to a maximum of 10 numbers in the PLAYING AREA.
Can I play a number of different Games on
one coupon?
Yes. You may include different playing methods on one coupon. For example,
on the same coupon you can play a simple column in PLAYING AREA A, and
Systems or Quick Pick in PLAYING AREA B, and / or make a HI or LOW selection
in the HI & LOW AREA.
What is the minimum amount of money I can
play in a PLAYING AREA?
The minimum stake for participation in the game of Quick Keno is €0.50
What does “Void” mean on the
coupon?
Should you wish to cancel one of the PLAYING AREAS on the coupon just
mark the Void box within that particular PLAYING AREA. If, for example,
you cancel PLAYING AREA A, the choices you marked in the other sections
would still be valid.
What does “Quick Pick” mean
on the coupon?
With the Quick Pick
option, the on-line terminal randomly picks your numbers. To access this
option mark the Quick Pick box on your coupon and choose a GAME TYPE to
indicate the amount of numbers you would like the terminal to randomly
pick for you. Finally choose and mark your STAKE.
You may also play Systems with the Quick Pick option. In this case just

What is the maximum STAKE you may
play in Quick KENO?
You may choose to play: €0.50, €1.00, €2.00, €3.00, €4.00, €5.00, €10.00, €15.00, €20.00.
The amount marked is the STAKE per column created for the corresponding
PLAYING AREA. You may also further multiply your STAKE by marking marking
[x5] and/or [x10]. The maximum STAKE per column played is therefore €20.00
x5 x10 = €1,000.
What does “CONSECUTIVE DRAWS”
mean on the coupon?
With the same coupon you may participate in more than one Draw with the
same numbers. All you have to do is mark a number from two to ten in the
CONSECUTIVE DRAWS section to participate in that particular number of
CONSECUTIVE DRAWS. You may then additionally mark the boxes [x2] or [x3]
to further increase the number of CONSECUTIVE DRAWS that you participate
in. You can participate in up to a maximum of 30 CONSECUTIVE DRAWS.
Please note that the CONSECUTIVE DRAWS selection is valid for all the
PLAYING AREAS on the coupon. The total cost of all the CONSECUTIVE DRAWS
must be paid when purchasing the ticket.
What are the Odds of Winning with Quick
KENO?

LOST, DAMAGED, INCORRECT TICKETS:
I have just noticed that the Seller at MALTCO
LOTTERIES Limited or Quick KENO Point of Sale gave me the wrong numbers.
Can I cancel the ticket?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the options printed on the ticket are correct before leaving the Point Of Sale. Ticket cancellation may take place at the specific terminal in the Point of Sale where the ticket was issued. The ticket will be cancelled by the on-line terminal (CORONIS). The time limit for cancelling your ticket is up to 15 seconds before the start of the subsequent Draw. Tickets participating in more than one Draw may only be cancelled up to 15 seconds before the start of the first Draw. You have a right to a refund of your STAKE. Tickets issued within 15 seconds from the start of the subsequent Draw may NOT be cancelled.
I have lost my ticket. What can I do?
MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Losing a winning ticket is like losing cash. Anyone who presents a winning
ticket can claim the prize. It is important to note that the lottery ticket,
which is the only valid proof-of-purchase, is the thermal receipt which
the Seller issues after payment is received.
I have damaged my ticket. Can I still claim
my prize?
If both the Barcode and the Barcode Number are unreadable / destroyed
the player can still claim his / her prizes from the Head Office of MALTCO
LOTTERIES Limited, with the relevant ticket, IF the ticket contains ALL
the following:
• CRC Number together
with ALL of the following:-
• DRAW DATE
• AGENT Number
• TERMINAL Number
• TICKET Number

How will I know if I have won?
The Draw numbers are transmitted live at all MALTCO LOTTERIES and Quick
KENO Points of Sale.
You may ask the seller at the MALTCO LOTTERIES and Quick KENO Points of
Sale to check whether you have won by scanning your ticket through the
on-line terminal. In case of conflict between the published results and
the results provided by the terminal as registered in the MALTCO LOTTERIES
Central System, the result provided by the terminal will prevail. MALTCO
LOTTERIES Limited may also make the Draw results available through this
website.
I played Quick KENO last week and did not
watch the Draw in real time.
Where can I check whether I have won or not?
You may check the results of previous draws on this
website.
I have won! Where & how do I claim my
prize?
The prize will be paid to whoever presents the winning ticket. Quick KENO
prizes up to €5,000.00 are payable at any MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited or Quick
KENO Point of Sale
equipped with an on-line terminal. Prizes over €5,000.00 are payable during
office hours at the MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited Head Office against presentation
of I.D. Card.
Are there any restrictions on claiming a
prize?
The holder of a winning ticket will not be able to claim his / her prize/s
if:
• The winner is a minor or a prohibited ticket holder.
• The ticket has been tampered with in any way.
• Both the Barcode and the Barcode Number are unreadable / destroyed.
In this case
however, the player can still claim his / her prizes from
the Head Office of MALTCO
LOTTERIES Limited, with the relevant ticket, IF the ticket
contains ALL the following:
• CRC Number
• Draw Date
• Agent Number
• Terminal Number
• Ticket Number
How long do I have to claim my winnings?
Winners can claim their prize within 60 consecutive days from the respective
draw date. If the last claim day falls on a Sunday or a Public
Holiday, the claim period will be extended to the first working day thereafter.
I’ve won! How much have I won?

Table shows the number of times your stake will be multiplied when you win with the Quick Keno game.
*In the first category of GAME TYPES 10, 9, and 8,
if the total winnings for any Draw exceed €250,000,
€125,000 and €62,500 respectively, winners share the
above amount according to the participation value of their STAKE.
The following examples have been based
on winnings for the first category of GAME TYPE 10.
Example A
If Player A plays GAME TYPE [10] with a STAKE of €0.50 and Player B plays
GAME TYPE [10] with a STAKE of €1.00, the total number of basic columns
(i.e. columns with the basic price of €0.50) created will be 3. If both
their selections (all 10 numbers) are included in the numbers drawn, they
will both be winners of the Top Category of GAME TYPE [10]. In this case
their winnings will be calculated as follows:
Winnings per basic column = 100,000 x €0.50 = €50,000
Player A’s Winnings = €50,000 x 1 basic columns = €50,000
Player B’s Winnings = €50,000 x 2 basic columns = €100,000
Example B
If Player A plays GAME TYPE [10] with a STAKE of €2.00, the total number
of basic columns (i.e. columns with the basic price of €0.50) created
will be 4. If his selection (all 10 numbers) is included in the numbers
drawn, the player will be a winner of the Top Category of GAME TYPE [10].
In this case his winnings will be calculated as follows:
Winnings per basic column = 100,000 x €0.50 = €50,000
Player A’s Winnings = €50,000 x 4 basic columns = €200,000
Example C
If Player A plays GAME TYPE [10] with a STAKE of €2.00 and Player B plays
GAME TYPE [10] with a STAKE of €1.00, the total number of basic columns
(i.e. columns with the basic price of €0.50) created will be 6. If both
their selections (all 10 numbers) are included in the numbers drawn, they
will both be winners of the Top Category of GAME TYPE [10]. In this case,
their winnings will be calculated
as follows:
Winnings per basic column = 250,000 / 6 (no of basic
columns) = €41,666.67
Player A’s Winnings = €41,666.67 x 4 basic columns = €166,666.66
Player B’s Winnings = €41,666.67 x 2 basic columns = €83,333.33
Winnings for the first category of GAME TYPES
9 and 8 are calculated in the same way as shown in the above examples.
This rule does not apply in the
lower winning categories.
A winner of a particular Draw in any Category
is precluded from claiming a prize in lower winning categories by virtue
of the same column for the same Draw i.e. if you play GAME TYPE 7 and
match 5 of the numbers drawn, you will win the prize for the Category
5 / 7 ONLY, which will be equal to 15 (Payout) x Your STAKE.
How are Draws held?
The Draws take place every 5 minutes through the MALTCO LOTTERIES
Central System with the use of a Random Numbers Generator. For each Draw,
the computer randomly generates 20 numbers between 1 and 80. The Draw
numbers are transmitted live at all MALTCO LOTTERIES and Quick KENO Points
of Sale. You may ask the seller at the MALTCO LOTTERIES and Quick KENO
Points of Sale to check whether you have won by scanning your ticket through
the on-line terminal.
