WEEKLY PRIZES

Like the previous competition, we have renegotiated with the sponsors of this competition to have weekly consolation prizes for our 11 finalists of the Grand Prize. Every week, a draw will be held during the Deal or No Deal programme, and all entries received in the previous week will participate in a weekly GS Group Trolley full of €100 worth of shopping!! For eleven (11) consecutive weeks Quick Keno players, are encouraged to watch the live draw on Deal or No Deal and stand a chance of getting their shopping for free and then in June stand a chance to win the Final Grand Prize.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All participants are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Deal or No Deal competition, as organised by Where’s Everybody (the “Organisers”), with the participation of MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited ("Maltco"), GS Group, 202 Jewellery Shop and Norwegian Cruise Line.

2. To Participate in the Competition, Participants must:
     a. Play the Quick Keno Game
     b. Write their Name, I.D. Card No. and Phone No on the back of their non-winning tickets
     c. Send them by post to: Quick Keno Competition, Deal or No Deal, Where’s Everybody, Charles Court, St. Lukes’ Road, G’Mangia

3. The Competition shall be run for Eleven consecutive weeks (starting Monday 30th March and ending in June 2009).

4. Maltco Authorised Agents selling Quick Keno, their assistants/employees, and all individuals living in the same households of Authorised Agents and/or any assistants/employees of Agents; as well as Maltco employees and all individuals living in their same household, are NOT eligible to participate in this competition.

5. The Competition is only open to Maltese residents of sixteen years of age and over.

6. The dates of the Draws shall be communicated and made available on www.maltco.com only.

7. The holder of the drawn ticket will be asked, off air, a skill question by the Organiser which must be answered correctly. A release form must be signed and a valid ID Card must be presented to be eligible to claim the prize. In the event that the skill question is answered incorrectly then this will be announced in the programme of the following week and two (2) tickets (instead of one) will be drawn from the Keno tickets participating for that following week. The winner of any weekly draw cannot participate in any other subsequent weekly draws save for the final draw of the Grand Prize.

8. Prizes must be claimed from their respective locations within a maximum of 60 days which shall start to run from the day the prize is won. In default, the winner shall irremediably lose all and any right to claim any prize. Prizes cannot be claimed and collected on Sundays and Public holidays.

9. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the prize will be permitted.

10. The prizes are:
     a. A weekly prize of a trolley full of €100 worth of shopping from GS Group. Competition will run for eleven weeks, and in each week one (1) GS trolley is won.
     b. A final Grand Prize in which the eleven (11) weekly winners of the GS Group trolley will participate for a 7-day Mediterranean Cruise for two people in an outside cabin, all taxes included, worth over €2,300.
Any further expenses, resulting directly or indirectly from this competition, as well as expenses which arise and are not listed in the above prizes have to be borne by the winner.

11. By participating in this competition, each Participant consents to the use by the Organisers and Maltco of his/her, name, personal details and image. They may also be called upon by Where’s Everybody to participate in the final Deal or No Deal programme in which the Grand Prize mentioned in Para. 10 b. above will be won. Any publicity of winners carried out by the Organisers or by Maltco will be carried out without any further compensation.

12. By sending their non-winning tickets with the information required as stipulated above, the Participants give their explicit consent to MALTCO to process their personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Cap. 440 of the Laws of Malta), and consent to the use of this personal information for publicity use, without any further compensation, as well as to allow MALTCO to send future promotional messages about its various products through SMS and other means of communication.

13. The Terms and Conditions of this Competition, as set out herein, are subject to amendments as deemed necessary by the Organisers and/or Maltco from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion, without notice and any liability in Participants' regard.

14. The Organisers reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion, to change the format and manner in which the Competition is conducted, as well as the prizes on offer without notice or liability to Participants.

15. The Competition may be cancelled at any time for any reason that Maltco and the Organisers may deem fit in their sole and absolute discretion.

16. At any time the Organisers and Maltco reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter the Competition and these Terms and Conditions as the Organisers and Maltco may deem fit in their sole and absolute discretion in accordance with applicable law.

17. The Organisers and/or Maltco shall collect the personal data of Participants in order to permit and facilitate participation in the Competition. By sending their non-winning tickets with the information required as stipulated above, the Participants give their explicit consent to the Organisers and/or Maltco to process their personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Cap. 440 of the Laws of Malts), and consent to the use of this personal information for publicity use, without any further compensation

18. The Organisers and/or Maltco shall not entertain manifestly unfounded complaints or contestations made by the Participants.

19. The Organisers and/or Maltco are not liable for any damages suffered by the participant due to the non observance of these Terms and Conditions.

20. Participants shall not be entitled to receive any prizes won by them if they are prohibited Participants.

21. The Organisers and/or Maltco shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of prizes to winning Participants.

22. The Organisers shall have the sole right to determine the dates and times within which participation in the Competition takes place. The Organisers and/or Maltco shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any person arising from (a) the cancellation or delay of the Competition, (b) the participation or non-participation of any person in the Competition, except in cases where the Organisers and/or Maltco are guilty of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

23. In the event that these Terms and Conditions do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then the Organisers or Maltco shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide finally on such matter.

24. Participation in the Competition shall be deemed to be an uncoditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All winners are valid, subject to confirmation.
