THE TICKET & WINNINGS
Ticket Information
The ticket is the unique valid document for claiming
your winning prizes. The following is the information your ticket
will include:
• Name of the game.
• Logo of the game.
• Special and control number (CRC Number).
• Code identifying the locality and Point of Sale from where
the ticket was purchased.
• Price of ticket.
• Codes of Events selected.
• Outcome/s selected for each betting event.
• Whether an event or events are selected as Standard Events.
• Multiplier/s
• Selected Systems
• Maximum potential winnings.
Example:
It is your responsibility to ensure that before
leaving the Point of Sale the selections printed on the ticket
are the ones you selected.
Ticket Cancellation
Ticket cancellation may take place at the Point
of Sale where the ticket was issued. The ticket will be cancelled
by the same on-line terminal (CORONIS) which issued the ticket.
The time limit for canceling your ticket is five
(5) minutes from the time when the ticket was issued. You have
the right to a refund of your stake.
How to find out if you have won
There are several ways to find out if you are a winner:
• Visit any POS after the last event occurred on your ticket
and within the opening hours of
the POS and ask the seller to perform the verification
of your ticket through the terminal.
• The results of the events may also be viewed at the POS.
• Visit our website at www.maltco.com.mt where you will
find all game results.
Prize Payment
• The printed ticket is the only valid
document for prize payment.
The prize/s will be paid to whoever presents the
winning ticket.
• The ticket is scanned by the on-line terminal (CORONIS).
If it is a valid and unclaimed winning ticket, the
payment will be processed.
U*BET prizes up to €5,000 (Lm2,146.50) are payable at any MALTCO LOTTERIES
Limited Point of Sale equipped with an on-line terminal. Prizes
over €5,000 (Lm2,146.50) are payable during offices hours at the MALTCO LOTTERIES
Limited Head Office (MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited, Hal Mann Buildings,
2nd Floor, Triq San Mikiel, Iklin BZN 11) against presentation
of an I.D. Card.
Winning ticket holders may claim their prize/s
within thirty (30) consecutive days from the end of the last event
(chronological) included in the ticket. If the last claim day
falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, the claim period
will be extended to the first working day thereafter.
The holder of a winning ticket will not be able to receive his/her
prize/s if:
• The winner is a minor or a prohibited ticket holder.
• The ticket has been tampered in any way.
• Both the barcode and the barcode number are unreadable/destroyed.
In this case,
however, the Player can still claim his/her prize/s
from the Head Office of MALTCO
LOTTERIES Limited with the relevant ticket, IF the
ticket contains ALL the following:
• CRC Number together with ALL
of the following:-
• Closing Date of the Game
• Agent Number
• Terminal Number
• Ticket Number
Handling of disputed Claims
The sellers appointed by MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited and
running the Points of Sale are responsible for handling any arising
disputed customer claims. If the particular seller is unable to
find a solution, you can call the Help Line Centre (Tel: +356
2388 3333) of MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited where, besides receiving
certain information, you can also report your claim and then the
relevant department will provide you with a solution or solve
the relative disputed claim.
Any claim in relation to a winning ticket must be lodged in writing
with MALTCO LOTTERIES Limited within the game’s prize claim
period, which is thirty (30) consecutive days from the end of
the last event (chronological) included in the ticket.
