After having marked his/her selections on the coupon the player submits the coupon at an authorised MALTCO Point of Sale.
The Agent or Seller will pass the player’s coupon through the reader of the on-line terminal. With this action the player’s selections will be instantly transferred to MALTCO’s Central System. A ticket is an entry in any National Lottery Game and Additional Game and includes any document or code evidencing the right of participation by its holder to the relative game s/he has participated in. The printed ticket contains all the player’s selections, based on which the player’s participation in the relative National Lottery Game and/or Additional Game is confirmed.

Ticket cancellation may take place from the same Point of Sale from where the ticket was issued. A sixty (60) day claim period from the respective draw day applies for all prizes apart from Scratchers which have a one (1) year claim period. If the last claim day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, the claim period will be extended to the first working day thereafter. An Account is deemed to be ‘inactive’ during any period in which a User’s Account has not recorded any log in and/or log out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
